How YR will safely operate under the Covid-19 Protection Framework (updated 04/04/2022)

As a responsible business operation and employer, YR have put a number of initiatives, systems and processes in place that are in line with the Government’s Covid-19 Protection Framework. For the purpose of maintaining the health and wellbeing of both our staff and other key stakeholders.

Red & Orange

Under the Red and Orange settings, all of our branches are open for business in accordance with Government requirements. Under these settings the following procedures will be in place:

Customer Collections and Deliveries

• Cash, internet banking and eftpos facilities are available
• Please wear a face mask when visiting our sites to keep you and our team safe
• Please maintain a 2 Metre distance from any other person at all times while visiting a YR site

Service & Repairs

• Service and repairs are able to be undertaken
• Please wear a face mask when visiting our sites to keep you and our team safe
• Please maintain a 2 Metre distance from any other person at all times while visiting a YR site

Couriers & freight

• There is clear signage at all YR branches to direct freight or courier collections and deliveries
• Please wear a face mask when visiting our sites to keep you and our team safe
• Please maintain a 2 Metre distance from any other person at all times while visiting a YR site
